I am a Lecturer in Pure Mathematics at the University of Leeds. My research is in non-commutative algebra, with connections to group theory and mathematical physics, especially around algebraic structures related to the Yang–Baxter and Pentagon equations.
I completed my PhD in Mathematics and Informatics at the University of Salento (Italy) in 2017, under the supervision of Prof. Francesco Catino. Before joining Leeds, I held postdoctoral positions in the UK, Belgium, and Italy.
I am a member of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee in the School of Mathematics at the University of Leeds. I am also a member of the London Mathematical Society, and an appointed member of the LMS Early Career Research Committee.
